Halloween Series: Dorothy

During the month of October I am doing a halloween series. Each design will be inspired by a halloween costume. Today's design is based on Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.

 

Start with the base colors. I used a light blue nail polish a got when I went to Thailand. The white polish is from a Top10 Nails set. (I only use the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri for stamping because I don't like the big brush)

Next using Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Whirlwind White and the Bundle Monster plate bm207, stamp the stripes horizontally and vertically.

Then using OPI in SoHo Nice to Meet You and the Bundle Monster plate bm213, stamp the high heel design.

Top with your favorite top coat.
