Bzzagent Reviews: L'oreal The One Sweep Eye Shadow
The product claims to "apply three shades in one effortless sweep for a professional multi-shadow look that's sure to turn heads."
After trying this product at least three times, here are my thoughts on The One Sweep Eye Shadow.
The application: Fairly easy to apply on sponge, but not much comes off on the eyelid. (either eyeshadow is not very pigmented or most staying on sponge) [Note: I used Palladio Herbal Eyeshadow Primer]
The appearance: Did not come off looking like "a professional multi-shadow look". The three stripes look silly and need to be blended. You can use the sponge tip or your own brush, but that defeats the purpose. The placement of the colors did not work for me. The highlight color ended up in the crease instead of the browbone. Using the lightest color on the bottom looks a little better, but again needs to be blended.
The packaging: The hing broke after opening a few times.
The price: Retails for around $9. I can get a Wet 'n Wild palette for around $4 and it's more pigmented and more product.
Overall: Not worth it. Interesting idea that doesn't follow through on it's claim.
